It's been over a year since I updated, and that sucks rocks, but I'm working to pull it all together now and there's a lot of updates on the way. Look for major expansion on the Arraka'ar page, and additions to the fanworks section. Eventually the main page layout will go through a redesign, but I'd like to feel like I'm caught up with the content first.
There isn't likely to be nearly as much random babbling here, since I have a livejournal for that these days. I will make announcements on here when I feel each section is officially completed (inasmuch as they can be called that, since they're always evolving), or when there are major updates. As always, feel free to drop me a line by eml!

Yeah, this place is pretty neglected, but I have been updating. Jobless again, but designed a bunch of shadow puppets for a show for Heidi Rugg. The Courtney Crumrin section of fanworks is relatively new, a Gargoyles section just went up in fanworks as well, because of a resurgence in interest. The HoND section will probably undergo some serious additions soon, because I've offered to ressurect the old webpage of Bridgie and our friend Wendy, the one they had when I first met them.
The links page needs some serious reworking. Aaanyways, new contact info up above, and more stuff on the way. I'm slow, but I get there in the end.

So the computer is back up and running, save for the USB ports, which are dead, which is why the scanner wasn't working, which was the push to redo the HD in the first place. Until we get around to buying another USB card and putting it in, we scan things upstairs and put it on disk, then run it downstairs to the computer that has the net connection. More than you wanted to know, huh?
In other news, updates will be slow (there's always and excuse), because I am now not only employed full-time again, as well as still doing the Comedy Alley Box Office thing, but I have also been hired to do a webpage for a local school fundraising foundation, a flyer for the same group, my new job wants a webpage, and I'm trying to get into some puppeteering stuff with Heidi Rugg. I'm a little busy.
But, updates are on the way. I work on whatever section I find the most material for. As of this update, the FanWorks:HP section is now full of images. the IMQL fanfiction will be put up as soon as I can find the notebook that has the story I want up first in it, and get the chance to type it up. The next update will probably be the Worlds:NY & other legends section, as I have already scanned a bunch of stuff for it, I just need to set up the html to link it all.
Feedback I would love: Is it better to have galleries the way the HP one is now, with a description next to each one, and a preview of the whole image, or should I go the route of the galleries I've been seeing with a bunch of tiny previews that show just a part of the pic, each one linking to a page with the full pic and text description right underneath?

Went back and did some tweaking today, patching up any glitches I could find. Everything should be in working order now, but if anyone sees anything amiss, give me a shout. I'll set up a guestbook eventually too.

Well, it's been a long journey, but CMP is now open for business. I won't detail the delays, but suffice it to say I make an excellent workaholic, and I'm now between jobs.
There's so much more content to go up, but if I waited to pull all of it together, the site would never have opened. There is a large update to come, because the scanner isn't working properly, and our computer is in need of complete software overhaul. Once i've reinstalled everything, I'll start scanning and the site will have a lot more pictures. Keep an eye on the Worlds section, that's going to be the main focus of the site, because that's what Bridgie and I spend most of our time on. So much to share, and so time-consuming to get it all online...
My thanks to Bridgie for being the most wonderful girlfriend in the multiverse, to Shiri for getting me online and getting us to meet each other, and to all the crackmonkeys I've met.
Ook.
